Mindful Movements Program

A MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL - BEING PROGRAM FOR DANCERS
Includes Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Embodied Open Floor Dance and more!
This experience will help each participant to learn how to create a mindful lifestyle.
With specific tools, they will be encouraged and empowered to express themselves, connect to their bodies, create mindful habits and increase confidence.
Building up their personal resource skill set will help them to be able to understand and manage their feelings and learn to self-regulate their emotions and find a daily practice easily.
This Program can benefit those experiencing stress, worry, anxiety or low moods.
Each Participant receives a GIFT !!

What are Women's Circles

A space where women come together and sit with the intention of making Women feel safe, heard, seen and held on their journeys through life. 
A sacred space, free of judgment, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. 
A space for us to go inwards, reconnect, and come home without any demands from the outside world. All over the world, women are returning, to gather to reconnect to an ancient way of being women.
